* To be used together with an analogue video camera, for instance a 'Grand
CCD'. Ideal for usage under Windows NT 4.0 that does not have support for
USB cameras.
** This is a PCI grabber card that needs to be installed into a fixed computer.
*** USB 2.0 can theoretically give you a faster video update compared to
a normal USB camera but it requires more bandwidth to perform better

We do not recommend the use of USB camera and a USB headset. This combination
can overload USB connections.

FIREWALLS
In most cases, the Marratech software will work directly through personal and corporate networks. If this is not the case, you may need to configure the following ports in your firewall
- TCP ports: 8000 (for http) and 8001 (for https)
- UDP ports: 52000 to 52999
Notes:
- These ports should be configured in 'allow-return' mode towards the Marratech Manager server's IP address. This means that only meetings originating from within your firewall will be allowed through and only to the originating client. Otherwise, data is not allowed through.
- These ports may be changed by your Marratech Manager's administrator.
- Public servers hosted by Marratech use TCP port 80 and 443 instead of port 8000 and 8001.
We recommend you look at the Marratech getting Started Guide [Windows
or Mac
OS X] as first choice in documentation. There is also the complete
reference manual for Marratech.
