When you download software, we ask you to provide certain personal information. This may include your name, company name, telephone number, country and e-mail address. We store this information and use it for accounting, administration and legal purposes.
We may use your details to send you important information which will help you install and set up any software downloads and help you get the most from your Marratech installation in the future. If you check the 'opt-in' box, we may also send product news and information, or alert you to any important issues relevant to your use of Marratech. If you do not check the 'opt-in' box, you will not receive this information.
Your details may be passed to certified Marratech resellers serving your country, region or market in order that they may provide effective support for your Marratech software. The information will not be sold, passed on or shared with any other company or organisation except as required by law, or pursuant to court order or subpoena.
